About the Role

We are seeking a

CRM-experienced Client Relationship Officer

to manage and optimize customer relationship data and processes. The ideal candidate will have

practical experience working with CRM systems

, handling customer data, and supporting internal teams with actionable insights.

This role is best suited for professionals who have

already worked on CRM platforms

and are looking to deepen their expertise in

CRM operations, reporting, and data-driven customer engagement

within a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and regularly update CRM systems with a high level of accuracy Monitor customer interactions and engagement data to identify trends and improvement areas Generate regular CRM performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM workflows and data usage Support dashboard creation, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking Conduct periodic CRM data audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability Resolve CRM-related issues and provide operational support to internal users Ensure proper documentation and adherence to CRM data management processes
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

1-2 years of hands-on experience working with CRM systems

(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) Strong proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

for data analysis and reporting Working knowledge of

CRM reporting, dashboards, and customer data management

Basic knowledge of

SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)

is an added advantage Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
