About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic professionals in
US IT Staffing
with strong expertise in
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
. The ideal candidate should have
direct client connects
with Tier-1 vendors or end clients (e.g., TCS, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.) and proven ability to generate new business while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and Tier-1 vendors for US IT Staffing.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
Drive business growth and revenue through consistent client acquisition.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercials with clients/vendors.
Stay updated with US staffing trends, compliance, and visa-related guidelines.
Requirements:
2-15 years of proven experience in
US IT Staffing - Business Development/Client Acquisition
.
Strong network of direct client connects and Tier-1 vendor relationships.
Proven track record of revenue generation through client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in
US time zones
.
Self-starter with high ownership and result-oriented mindset.
