Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and project flow.
Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, brand strategy, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver effective advertising campaigns.
Prepare and present campaign proposals, performance reports, and post-campaign analyses.
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling agency services.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and profitability.
Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
Stay updated with advertising trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
