Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Manager - Real Estate. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their real estate needs. Day-to-day tasks include property consultations, market research, facilitating transactions, and developing client-centric strategies. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in market research and real estate transaction processes
Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets
Ability to work on-site in Dadri and manage multiple client accounts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in real estate or client relationship management is an advantage
