Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients until closure.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads.
Assist clients in decision-making by providing property options, market insights, and financial guidance.
Handle client queries and ensure high satisfaction through effective service.
Maintain CRM software and client databases for follow-ups and reporting.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Build strong after-sales relationships for referrals and repeat business.
