Job Description

We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive (Male/Female) to handle organic business leads and convert them into successful business opportunities. The role involves client interaction, understanding financial requirements, explaining our services, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional communication and follow-ups.

?Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and organic leads from phone, email, website, or social media. Understand client requirements related to Accounting, Taxation, Audit, GST, and Compliance. Present relevant service offerings and convert leads into business. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with timely communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team for service delivery and client updates. Maintain a CRM database and track lead conversion metrics. Assist in business development and marketing activities of the CA firm.

Required Skills



Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Any Graduate with strong communication skills. Experience: 5+ years in client handling, business development, or lead conversion (preferably in a CA firm, accounting firm, or financial services industry).
Skills:

Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Telugu). Strong understanding of CA firm services - Accounting, GST, Taxation, ROC filings, Audit. Confident in lead management and conversion. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM, and online communication tools
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,246.85 - ₹41,131.22 per month

Work Location: In person
