We're looking for a smart and dynamic Client Relationship & Sales Executive to handle client servicing, maintain long-term relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
Role Summary
This role demands a strong communicator who can build relationships with existing clients, pitch ideas to potential leads, follow up actively, and close deals. You'll act as the face of Fi5th Media for many clients, ensuring they receive timely support, creative ideas, and excellent execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients across events, branding, and media projects.
Understand client needs, take detailed briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Regularly check in with clients, share updates, and maintain trust through clear communication.
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through online research, social media, industry contacts, and networking.
Pitch Fi5th Media's services (events, branding, media campaigns) to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with support from the design/content teams.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Client Retention & Growth
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain post-event/client feedback and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns that support sales efforts.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with the CEO, design, production, and digital teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Attend events and activations as client contact when required.
Maintain CRM tools, databases, and daily client interaction logs.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in client servicing or B2B sales (events/media preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship-building.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients, and meet targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing, events, or branding is a plus.
