Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers regarding apartment sales.
Present project details, pricing, and available units to potential customers.
Coordinate site visits and ensure a positive client experience.
Maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Manage booking formalities, agreement preparation, and other documentation related to apartment sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts, and projects) for smooth completion of customer-related processes.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in ERP software and proficiency in MS Office
Assist customers with loan documentation, registration, and possession formalities.
Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain professional communication at all times.
Generate regular sales and customer follow-up reports.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
