About the Role:


We are seeking a highly professional and personable Client Relationship Executive to join our construction company. This role is pivotal in converting qualified digital marketing leads into successful sales by nurturing relationships, conducting site visits, and representing our brand with utmost integrity and professionalism. This is not a marketing role; instead, you will focus entirely on guiding prospective clients through the sales journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing leads, managing inquiries with promptness and professionalism. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase construction projects effectively. Facilitate the sales process from lead engagement to successful closure without pressure-based targets. Act as the brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the company's values, professionalism, and commitment to quality. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale and maintain client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress of Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or related roles (preferably in construction or real estate). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a corporate demeanor. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Willingness and ability to visit client sites and locations as needed. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused attitude. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a consultative approach to sales
