Job Overview



The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving client satisfaction. The role involves onboarding new clients, identifying upsell opportunities, managing client communication, coordinating interdepartmental efforts, and overseeing payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities



Client Management & Communication:



- Oversee client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of services.

- Identify upsell opportunities by assessing client needs and proposing suitable solutions.

- Conduct regular client communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Organize and conduct parent orientation programs for better engagement.

- Act as a point of contact for schools, escalating conflicts or concerns for immediate resolution.

Operational Coordination & Planning:



- Develop and maintain a calendar plan for client meetings, parent orientations, and internal coordination.

- Manage data records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination.

Payment & Accounts Coordination:



- Monitor payment schedules at schools and coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team for timely follow-ups.

- Maintain the Accounts Tracker and collaborate with the Accounts Department to ensure school payments are received on time.

- Track and manage contract renewals and payment follow-ups with schools.

Tracking & Reporting:



- Maintain the PMO Tracker to ensure all client-related activities are systematically monitored.

- Generate reports on conflicts, concerns, and escalations in schools for immediate resolution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across departments.

- Proficiency in data management tools and CRM software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution effectively.

- Experience in handling payment schedules, renewals, and financial coordination is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



- Prior experience in the education sector or school-based services is an advantage.

- Knowledge of contract management and financial coordination in a client-facing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
