Confidently pitch Vaanee AI's generative voice solutions and capabilities to potential clients
Translate complex technical offerings into clear, value-driven presentations and demos
Tailor pitches according to industry verticals and client-specific pain points
Follow up diligently on leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel
Client Onboarding & Account Management
Lead the client onboarding process by ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active project
Provide product guidance, documentation, and support to help clients understand and leverage features
Track account progress, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure repeat business
Maintain organized documentation of interactions, goals, and progress using CRM tools
Collaboration & Internal Communication
Work closely with marketing, tech, and voiceover teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Provide structured feedback from clients to guide product and content improvements
Assist in aligning delivery timelines, voice outputs, and project milestones based on client expectations
Growth Mindset & Client-Centric Innovation
Stay updated with market trends, client behavior insights, and emerging needs in the voice tech space
Propose innovative engagement models and proactive solutions tailored for long-term partnerships
Build thought leadership in your domain by understanding global benchmarks and user behavior shifts
Skills & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or account management
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to understand tech products and communicate their value in a client-friendly way
Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to drive projects independently
Bonus if you have:
Experience working in SaaS, AI, voice tech, or creative product industries
