Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned B2B clients
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable WhatsApp & SMS marketing solutions
Coordinate with sales, tech, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution
Handle client onboarding, product demos, and service walkthroughs
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to SLAs
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and support
Monitor campaign performance and share reports and insights with clients
Drive upselling and cross-selling of marketing solutions
Maintain strong client retention and renewal rates
Collect client feedback and suggest service improvements
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or B2B sales
Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or messaging platforms preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS marketing, or similar platforms (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards
