The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationship and promoting & selling marble and natural stone products to architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and retail customers. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationship, building business, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers
Generate new leads and develop business with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors
Promote marble and allied stone products to retail and project clients
Conduct product presentations and explain quality, grades, finishes, and pricing
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely delivery and billing
Visit sites, showrooms, and client offices as required
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients
Maintain proper sales records, reports, and customer data
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and Update CRM or sales tracking tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's/Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in sales, preferably in marble, granite, tiles, or building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of marble types, finishes, and applications is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel locally or outstation
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, billing software)
Experience
1-5 years of experience in sales (construction materials preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
