What You'll Do

Serve as the primary contact for parents with handling queries via WhatsApp and calls with empathy and professionalism Provide regular follow-ups about course offerings, schedules, and class arrangements Explain technical courses related questions with clear, accessible responses for non-tech audiences Collaborate with instructors to relay children's progress reports and notify parents proactively Maintain detailed logs of all parent interactions and ensure seamless internal communication

What You Won't Be Doing

No sales targets, as this is not a sales or marketing role No quota pressure, as the focus is on relationship building and educational support
