The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, providing end-to-end assistance during the buying or leasing process, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive repeat and referral business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties (residential or commercial).
Coordinate property visits, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals effectively.
Handle client communications, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions and property listings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client engagement and sales closures.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship, or real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Presentable and confident personality with good follow-up skills.
