Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in property management to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships, and the confidence to engage in cold calling to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular check-ins with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to maintain strong rapport. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services. Generate leads and establish new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with the operations and property management teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare client reports, updates, and presentations as required. Stay updated on Bangalore's property market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Prior experience in property management, client servicing, or relationship management is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Confidence in making cold calls and developing new business opportunities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate and property management ecosystem is highly desirable.
