Role Description This is a full-time Client Relationship Manager role located on-site at our Noida office. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, providing them with excellent customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met. Other responsibilities include monitoring client feedback, accurately reporting client metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service experience Experience in relationship management Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the IT industry or social media management is a plus
