We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to connect leading building material brands with top architects and interior designers. This role involves relationship-building, coordination, and market engagement to help position client products in premium residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with architects and interior designers to introduce client products and facilitate project discussions.
Handle client categories such as bath & sanitation, luxury furniture, kitchen, marble, home automation, and decor.
Schedule and conduct meetings between clients and designers to explore collaboration opportunities.
Assist clients in getting their products specified for ongoing or upcoming interior and architectural projects.
Identify project opportunities and share detailed enquiries and drawings with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key design professionals.
Represent the organization at curated industry events and trade fairs.
Coordinate communication and ensure timely follow-ups between clients and designers.
Key Skills & Qualifications
0-1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, business development, or design/architecture industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
Interest in design, architecture, or luxury interiors is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
