Job Description

:

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions like the mobile factory concept. Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Project Planning & Proposal

- Develop detailed project proposals for clients, including the setup and operation of mobile factories. Ensure proposals meet client specifications and timelines, while aligning with company objectives.

Vendor Registration & Association

- Identify and onboard new organizations, targeting 15 new vendor registrations per month. Engage with these vendors to initiate enquiries and build long-term business associations.

Enquiry & Lead Generation

- Generate at least 10 high-value project enquiries (worth over ?2.5 Cr) monthly through strategic meetings and follow-ups. Ensure 2 projects are closed per month, along with securing work/purchase orders. Initiate inquiries and promptly hand them over to the sales team for further processing if it is for a smaller value deals.

Calendar & Meeting Management-

Manage a weekly and monthly calendar for client interactions. Organize daily meetings with clients to discuss project updates, requirements, and future opportunities. Share the daily to-do list in advance by the prior evening and the weekly to-do list by Friday of the preceding week.

Project Execution Coordination-

Coordinate the mobile factory setup, ensuring timely assembly and smooth operations at client sites. Oversee the disassembly and relocation when needed, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track the progress of all projects, ensuring that key milestones are achieved and performance metrics are met. Provide weekly performance and progress reports to senior management and clients.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management

- Identify potential risks during project execution and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Ensure quick response to client concerns and maintain service quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Training & Support

- Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding the use of mobile factories and RCC products. Ensure that all customer queries are resolved quickly, and technical support is available throughout the project.

Handover & Transition-

Manage the smooth handover of completed projects or tasks to relevant team members. Support ongoing projects by ensuring effective knowledge transfer and communication during transitions, when necessary.

Competancies:

Knowledge- Proven experience in CRM administration, customer relationship management, or a similar role with a focus on sales activities Education- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil), Marketing or a related field preferred. Technical Skills- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer relationships post-sale. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
