About JCA



The Junior Cube Association (JCA) is the premier platform in Mumbai dedicated to nurturing young minds (ages 5-15) through Rubik's Cube classes, workshops, and competitive events. Our mission is to inspire skill development, confidence, and a supportive community through the art of speedcubing. We are expanding our digital presence and need a dynamic individual to manage both our client relationships and our high-impact content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

A. Client Relationship Management (Retention & Satisfaction)



Stakeholder Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all parents/guardians, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring maximum satisfaction with JCA programs and events.

Retention Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to maximize student re-enrollment in follow-up courses and participation in major JCA championships.

Feedback Integration:

Proactively collect, analyze, and communicate parent/student feedback to the instructional and management teams to drive continuous improvement in JCA services.

Sponsorship Fulfillment:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate sponsors, ensuring all content and event deliverables are met and seeking renewal opportunities.

B. Digital Content & Partnership Management (Growth)



Content Creation & Curation:

Conceptualize, script, and manage the production of high-impact, short-form digital content (Reels, Shorts, carousels, testimonials) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, optimized for engagement and conversion.

Performance Tracking:

Use platform analytics (KPIs like views, shares, saves, and CTR) to measure content success and rapidly adjust the content strategy to align with enrollment goals.

Digital Partnership:

Identify and coordinate successful content collaborations with external cubing influencers, community figures, and relevant youth education channels.

CRM & Database:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, content engagement, and lead status using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Required Qualifications

Experience:

1+ year of proven, hands-on experience

in client relationship management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a youth/education/non-profit environment.

Digital Fluency:

Strong, demonstrable experience in

creating and managing high-engagement social media content

(short-form video preferred). You must understand platform algorithms and how to drive conversion through content.

Parent Handling:

Proven success and empathy in directly and effectively managing communications, concerns, and expectations with parents/guardians.

Tools:

Proficiency in using CRM software, and basic knowledge of content editing tools.
