We are a leading wedding photography firm based in Pune, looking for a dynamic and client-focused

Client Relationship Manager

. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong communication and sales skills, and can manage client expectations while coordinating with creative teams. If you are passionate about weddings, storytelling, and visual design, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages and services Create mood boards and visual references based on client preferences Convert leads into bookings through effective pitching and follow-ups Coordinate timelines and project details between clients and internal teams Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of services and deliverables

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong sales acumen and a client-first approach Ability to create and present visual mood boards (Canva/Pinterest/etc.) Highly organized with attention to detail Basic understanding of wedding aesthetics and photography styles Proficient in using communication tools (Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp Business)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in wedding/events industry, client servicing, or sales Background in media, design, photography, or event coordination is a plus Creative mindset with an eye for detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
