Job Description



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Client Relationship Manager

to manage and grow relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned client accounts and act as the primary point of contact Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely manner Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Support contract renewals and follow-ups Maintain accurate client records and reports
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or Client handling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Preferred Skills

Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service-based industries Client-facing or account management background
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
