The Client Relations Manager will build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensure high satisfaction, and support marketing initiatives that drive retention, upsells, and new business growth. This role connects client service, account management, and marketing strategy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs.
Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve issues proactively.
Conduct regular review calls, feedback sessions, and performance updates.
Maintain client records, communication logs, and renewal schedules.
Marketing & Growth
Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns targeted at current clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
Support development of case studies, testimonials, and client success stories.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Track campaign performance and share insights with management.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, operations, digital, finance).
Monitor project timelines and communicate expectations clearly.
Prepare weekly reports on client satisfaction, account status, and revenue pipeline.
Escalate risks early and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (CRM, email, social media, analytics).
Problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude.
Preferred
Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or SaaS.
Familiarity with Zoho/HubSpot/CRM tools.
Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics.
