What will you do?
As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be retaining and growing client accounts by ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with Katha. You will:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
Take ownership of client campaigns -- from onboarding to execution to final reporting
Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client objectives and offering added value
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, fulfillment, and operations)
Translate client briefs into actionable strategies for internal execution
Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics, providing insights and optimizations
Ensure timely reporting, regular client updates, and post-campaign reviews
Proactively solve problems to ensure a smooth client experience
Travel to client locations when required
Who are we looking for?
Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication
Minimum 2 years in client-facing roles
Comfortable making calls and resolving urgent matters quickly
Prior experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager is a plus
Ability to translate client needs into effective advertising strategies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in both Malayalam and English (written and verbal)
A keen interest or background in marketing or advertising is a bonus
Must have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
