Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain and increase clinic revenues by achieving personal sales target and contribute to clinic sales objectives. Establish, maintain and expand the clinic's customer base by building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their changing needs. Be the first point of contact for customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service and escalate issues as appropriate. Design and implement monthly sales strategies to ensure 100% sales target achievement. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. therapists, CRT etc.) to address customers' needs. Contribute to team efforts by coaching and assisting the clinic team in up-sell or cross-sell of services and products. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards to improve customer satisfaction. Driving CRM and branding initiatives of the center through LPT's and google reviews. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking sales strategies, identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Role Requirements:

Successful previous experience of at least five years as a client sales representative or relationship manager, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure. Thorough knowledge of customer service, customer experience and process improvements. An energetic, self-driven and well organised individual with good conflict resolution skills and the ability to meet targets. Pleasant personality with high standards of personal grooming. Experience in the Health Care and Retail Industry preferred.


Note: Candidates would have a training program of 30-45 days in Hyderabad at our Head Office. All expenses would be taken care by the company.
