The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle -- from lead acquisition to project completion. The role focuses on ensuring high client satisfaction, timely communication, and smooth coordination between clients, design, and project execution teams in a real estate or construction environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking to handover.
Maintain strong communication to ensure clients are updated on project milestones, schedules, and progress.
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships to promote client referrals and repeat business.
2. Coordination with Internal Teams
Liaise with the sales, architecture, and site teams for project updates.
Ensure client requirements are accurately shared with the design and execution departments.
Coordinate for approvals, drawings, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
3. CRM & Data Management
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and project information.
Track and monitor the customer journey -- from inquiry to handover.
Generate CRM reports on client engagement, issue resolution, and satisfaction metrics.
4. Payment & Documentation Follow-up
Track payment schedules and follow up with clients for due payments.
Coordinate with accounts for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Maintain all client-related documentation, contracts, and communication records.
5. Client Satisfaction & Feedback
Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys.
Document client feedback and propose improvement areas.
Support management in developing customer experience enhancement strategies.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Basic understanding of construction / real estate processes
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering background)
2-5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in
construction, architecture, or real estate
companies
