Equityna is a 13-year-old Portfolio Management and Strategy Advisory firm, managing ?20 crore across 250 clients. As we scale our business team, we seek a Relationship Manager who thrives on trust-building, client education, and strategic upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with 250+ existing clients Conduct periodic client reporting and performance reviews Handle objections and concerns during volatile market conditions Upsell and cross-sell relevant investment strategies and services Lead onboarding of new clients with a consultative approach Deliver impactful presentations in meetings and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Maintain CRM hygiene and client communication logs

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in a Portfolio Management or Wealth Advisory firm Strong interpersonal, client management and consultative selling skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients Proficient in PPT presentations and client-facing communication Self-driven, empathetic, and customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a structured, non-target-pressure environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
