About the Role



We are seeking a motivated

Client Relationship Manager

who can effectively build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing project pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage client pipelines and track progress to meet deadlines. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for clients.

Skills & Qualifications



6 months - 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent coordination and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of pipeline management and client servicing practices. A proactive, client-focused approach with problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹12,049.97 - ₹25,542.81 per month

Work Location: In person
