Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Process: Myntra

Location: Work from Office (Bangalore)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (8 AM - 12 AM)9 hours

Off Days: 1 Rotational Off (6 Days Working)

Qualification:

Any Graduate with 1 year of experince or MBA (Fresher)

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (Versant Level 4)

Fluent in Hindi

Act as the primary point of contact for key brands and sellers.

Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Analyze sales trends and market insights to create growth strategies for partner brands.

Ensure seamless onboarding of new brands and sellers.

Monitor stock availability, pricing, and logistics to prevent supply chain issues.

Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and demand forecasting.

Ensure brands and sellers receive timely support and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience on the platform.

CTC:

Up to ?15,000/- per month for Freshers

Up to ?20,000/- per month for Experienced Candidates

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver exceptional service.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
