ob Summary:



Responsible for managing and developing client relationships in IPO and wealth management domains. The role involves assisting clients in investment planning, executing IPO applications, advising on portfolio diversification, and ensuring superior client service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:AreaResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.



Act as the first point of contact for client investment queries. Provide personalized financial guidance and ensure client satisfaction.

IPO Management Assist clients in understanding IPO opportunities and application processes.

Support in demat account coordination, KYC, and IPO form filling. Track IPO performance and keep clients updated.Wealth Management
Understand client financial goals and risk appetite.

Suggest appropriate investment products -- mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, AIF, insurance, etc. Ensure portfolio diversification and periodic review.

Sales & Business Development Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales targets for wealth products and IPO participation. Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing clients.Operations & Compliance
Ensure documentation and investment processes comply with SEBI and company regulations.

Maintain accurate client records and transaction details. Coordinate with operations and back-office teams for smooth execution.

Market Awareness Keep updated with market trends, IPO launches, and new investment products.

Share insights and updates with clients to support informed decisions.Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Preferred Certification: NISM / NCFM / CFP / AMFI.

Experience: 2-5 years in wealth management, brokerage, or financial advisory (preferably in IPO handling).

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Client-centric attitude with sales acumen. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
