Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Client Relationship Manager
to strengthen our customer relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in the
retail fixtures and furniture industry
and a strong ability to manage client accounts, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely project delivery.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products/services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements in offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and project status.
Ensure timely follow-ups, meetings, and service delivery to maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in
Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Account Management
in the
retail fixtures/furniture/interior industry
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of retail store layouts, fixtures, and furniture solutions is a plus.
Candidates residing in Gurgaon are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
