Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our post-investment support function. The role is centered on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, addressing their queries, ensuring smooth communication, and providing a seamless investment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients and investors. Manage client inquiries regarding investments, property details, documentation, and ongoing processes. Provide clients with regular updates on investment progress, property-related matters, and company communications. Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Property Management) to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with accuracy. Support investor communication initiatives, such as sending reports, reminders, and updates. Track client satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management for service improvement. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and safeguard client confidentiality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree ( Any Specialization) 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to multitask and handle client requirements with patience and professionalism. Knowledge of real estate investment processes is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
