Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Client Relationship Manager

to manage and strengthen our client relationships. The ideal candidate will handle client issues, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups, calls, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Manage NDR calls, follow-ups, and resolution of undelivered shipments. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system. Assist in office tasks such as reporting, documentation, and data entry as required. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery. Provide timely updates to management on client issues and escalations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
