Follow up with clients on payments, renewals, and future opportunities.
Market Research & Business Development
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Track competitors' activities and pricing strategies.
Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Identify untapped business areas and suggest strategies for growth.
Proposal & Documentation Management
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Maintain detailed records of client communications and agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of client requirements.
Coordination & Reporting
Regularly report progress, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Work closely with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update management on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Training & Self-Development
Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends.
Attend training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.
Mentor and guide new team members if required.
Administrative Support for Sales
Maintain client databases, CRM records, and necessary documentation.
Ensure smooth scheduling of client meetings, travel, and appointments.
Handle correspondence with clients professionally and promptly.
Key Skills Required
