Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen and manage long-term partnerships with our existing clients. The role involves

end-to-end client engagement, ensuring repeat business, monitoring order cycles, and supporting smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal

candidate will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a client-first mindset, while being open to regular client visits and

travel.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management with Existing Clients

?

Act as the primary liaison for all existing clients of the company.

?

Maintain continuous engagement through emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

?

Ensure complete client satisfaction and nurture long-term partnerships.

2. Repeat Order Management & Volume Growth

?

Regularly follow up with clients to secure repeat orders in a timely manner.

?

Monitor client consumption patterns and proactively suggest reorder schedules.

?

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase volume and value per client.

3. Sales Operations Support

?

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, documentation, dispatch, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing for existing clients.

?

Monitor order status, dispatches, payments, and documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

?

Maintain all records related to client sales transactions and communication in CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
