Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Client Relationship Manager to build strong client connections and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should bring prior experience in finance or sales, possess a proactive mindset, and be comfortable with both office and field work.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

- Independently generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Convert provided leads into long-term clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

- Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable products and services.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

- Report daily activities and performance metrics to the management team.

Candidate Requirements
