Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage and strengthen long-term client relationships. Handle B2B & B2C portals: product listings, order flow, pricing updates, and performance tracking. Prepare product prototypes as per client needs in coordination with design/production teams. Support sales & marketing activities, lead follow-ups, and promotional campaigns. Assist in brand development and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms. Create basic graphic designs/content for product listings and marketing materials. Coordinate internally for timely order processing, client requirements, and project execution. Maintain client records, sales reports, and feedback documentation.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.). Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). Good understanding of sales, marketing, and brand-building concepts. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
