Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients after order placement to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction.
Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure all client needs are met.
Collect and document genuine client feedback.
Coordinate the service process -- from order confirmation to payment collection.
Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Offer product or service guidance when required.
Act as the main point of contact for client issues and escalate where necessary.
Understand client expectations and provide appropriate solutions.
