Job Summary

MapleCloud Technologies is looking for a

Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

to manage and strengthen client relationships across IT and technology-driven projects. The role focuses on client engagement, coordination between internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely delivery, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. The position requires frequent travel to client locations and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients across IT/telecom/technology projects Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical, project, and delivery teams Track project milestones, deliverables, and customer expectations Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and site visits Address client concerns, escalations, and service issues promptly Ensure adherence to SLAs, contracts, and project timelines Support account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate client data, communication records, and reports Represent MapleCloud Technologies professionally at client locations

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a client relationship manager/account manager in IT or technology services Strong understanding of IT project delivery and customer engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60%) Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

Experience in telecom, networking, or infrastructure projects Exposure to SLA management, project coordination, and contract handling Ability to work with cross-functional and technical teams
