Key functional areas

Manage incoming queries for reservations and booking from multiple sources Interacting with potential clients and converting their interest to sales Coordination between various facility teams and guests to ensure good customer experience Skills Excellent communication skills to liaison with other teams, clients and guests
Quick learner and thinker and adaptable to new situations

A head for figures and industry awareness Knowledge of working on Microsoft Office Prior experience in sales and marketing 3 years of working in hospitality or related industry
People who are spiritually or culturally inclined are the most suitable. Prior experience in sales and guest relations would be useful.
