Client Relationship Manager

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, production, and accounts) to ensure timely execution of client projects. Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to strengthen client loyalty. Organize and participate in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Collaboration with Architects & Interior Designers:

Establish strong working relationships with architects and interior design firms for project collaborations. Support architects/interior designers with product knowledge, technical specifications, and samples. Conduct presentations and workshops for design professionals to showcase company offerings. Provide project-specific guidance and ensure alignment of products/services with client needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in business development or client servicing in the

interior design, architecture, or building materials industry

. Ability to network and build strong professional relationships. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with client-first attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in

Business Development / Client Servicing

(preferably in interior design, architecture, modular furniture, real estate, or allied industries).
Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, or construction products will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
