About the Role



We are seeking a confident and professional

CRM Manager (Female)

with excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, empathetic, and capable of handling client queries and concerns politely, especially in situations where project timelines are delayed or work is pending. She will serve as the bridge between the clients and the firm, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the

first point of contact

for clients and maintain strong, professional relationships. Communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) to address client concerns, queries, and feedback. Handle sensitive situations where project work is delayed, ensuring clients are informed politely and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams (design, site, and operations) to track project progress and provide updates to clients. Maintain accurate client records, track issues, and ensure timely follow-up. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Draft and share regular status reports, emails, and updates in a professional tone. Ensure a positive client experience at every touchpoint, even during challenging situations.

Requirements



Female candidate with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in

English communication

(spoken & written). Prior experience in

client servicing / CRM / customer support

(experience in the interior/real estate sector preferred). Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented in pressure situations. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in CRM or client servicing roles.

Job Type: Full-time
