• Manage and develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas
• Prepare and present reports to management on client performance and satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Stay informed about company products and services to effectively promote them to clients
