Position Title: Client Relationship Manager/Business Development ManagerQualifications: Any Graduate?Experience:? 5+ Years??Location: - Bhubaneswar, OdissaRoles & Responsibilities: -?Act as the main link between the company and clients, nurturing strong relationships.Understand each client\'s needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions.Coordinate with internal teams and corporate teams based out in Mumbai to ensure smooth project execution and logistics.Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring clarity and compliance.Gather client feedback to enhance satisfaction and implement improvements.Identify upselling opportunities and support sales efforts for new projects.Drive revenue growth by fostering long-term client relationships and exploring expansion opportunities.Maintain accurate client records and generate reports for management insights.Providing administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Key Skills: Skills Set:Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.Preferred from Engineering Background.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work well with a team.
