Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing institutional clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
Identify and approach new B2B clients, including schools, colleges, and partner agencies.
Develop proposals and presentations to onboard new clients.
Expand the consultancy's network in domestic and international education markets.
Cross-Selling & Service Promotion
Promote additional services such as test preparation, visa assistance, career counseling, and student onboarding solutions to existing clients.
Create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consultancy offerings.
Support marketing campaigns by introducing new products and services to B2B partners.
Operational & Strategic Support
Collaborate with internal teams (counseling, marketing, admissions) to ensure smooth delivery of services to B2B clients.
Monitor client performance metrics and prepare regular business reports.
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market expansion plans.
Networking & Brand Representation
Represent the consultancy at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
Build professional networks within the education sector to enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated with global education trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or B2B operations (preferably in education/consulting).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet business targets.
Knowledge of foreign education systems and student mobility trends is an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.
