About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project milestones according to customer needs and objectives
4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
5. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly reports results, and forecasts) as per the service level agreement/SLA
6. Prepare reports on account status (amount payable and receivable)
7. Collaborate with the design/digital team to clarify the client\'s requirements

Requirements:

1. Must be a postgraduate with an MBA degree with a marketing specialization
2. Must have either done an Internship in digital marketing or undergone a course on digital marketing
3. Applicant must be from Kolkata or West Bengal
4. Applicant must have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
5. Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Note: Skyram Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently looking for an intern for client relationship management. The internship will be for 3 months and comes with a PPO (pre-placement offer). Joining of the selected candidate will be on an immediate basis.
