About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our real estate team as Client Engagement & Relationship Associates (Interns). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building first impressions, and playing a crucial part in helping clients discover their dream homes and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Conduct outbound client reach-outs (approx. 200+ per day) to share project details, offers, and investment opportunities. Generate interest and qualify leads by understanding client needs. Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM/database. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with interested prospects.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic personality with the ability to engage people in conversations. Strong persuasion skills and eagerness to learn real estate client management. Discipline to manage daily outreach targets consistently. Minimum graduate or pursuing graduation.
