Role Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
Explain the benefits and process of account opening.
Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their concerns or hesitations.
Guide customers through the necessary steps to complete KYC and activate accounts.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding/reactivation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
