Candidates should have the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer needs and requirements & Ability to explain and convince customer over calls.
Having strong follow up with existing data and maintaining Daily MIS and database
Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.
Able to professionally close all leads by tele-calling, generating walk-ins, arranging site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
* Candidates having experience in Tele calling with real estate Industry Knowledge are preferred
