Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain available real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Follow up on leads to schedule site visits and support the sales team in closing deals.
Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing professional assistance
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversion of leads.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
